- How and to which regions you are able to deliver;
- Location of the manufacturer, region (city);
- Advantages of working with you.
Requirements to the supplier and terms of delivery:
- Minimum price of goods taking into account the quality;
- Supplier must have 100% ability to return unclaimed goods;
- We pay for your goods every week according to the volume of goods sold;
- Supplier has the option to deliver goods to each store at his own expense;
- Supplier must disclose whether the product offered is a licensed product;
- If the shelf life of the product you are offering is less than one year from the date of delivery, the time to expiration of the product must be at least 2/3 of the date of manufacture ;
The Network is committed to maintaining a relationship with the incumbent supplier. Therefore, upon receipt of a competitive bid, the incumbent supplier is invited to renegotiate the terms of cooperation taking into account the received commercial offer. If the incumbent supplier refuses to improve the terms of supply, all other things being equal, the decision is made in favor of the new supplier.
Cooperation may be terminated before the expiration of the supply contract in case of:
- deterioration of the quality of supplied products;
- systematic violation of the agreed shipment schedule;
- systematic reduction in the volume of deliveries by the Supplier unilaterally, failure to fulfill the orders of retail outlets in full;
- failure of shipped products to pass laboratory tests.
