For our new stores we are looking for a professional and customer service oriented Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. As a Store Manager you will oversee the operational and organizational standards of the store. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, monitoring stock levels and developing business strategies.

The ideal candidate should be able to increase customer satisfaction and achieve monthly sales targets. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you must also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals by training and coaching staff.

Create business strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic and improve profitability.

Job Description:

- Responsibility for the procurement of certain product categories

- Communicating with suppliers, analysing their offers, negotiating contracts and the best prices from

them.

- Keeping track of deliveries of the agreed products, the goods in the shops and working with their

turnover.

Working in an office located in Uccle, Brussels on contract.

You will be required to be able to speak

fluently in French and/or Dutch (knowing both languages is an advantage), but also to master office
